Step One:
Submit an enrollment form which can be complete above or call 469-382-9402. A member of our team will be happy to assist welcome and assist you.
Step Two:
Get TDCJ Volunteer Approval
To be a volunteer in the Texas Department Of Criminal Justice system you must be approved. You can accomplish this by completing a TDCJ Volunteer Application Form found on the TDCJ website.
Step Three:
Attend a TDCJ Volunteer training (NOW YOU CAN COMPLETE THIS TRAINING ONLINE DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS) Click on the link<< https://www.tdcj.texas.gov/php/prod/volunteer_training/
Step Four:
Print out your completed Volunteer Application form and sign. This form can be downloaded below. Mail your application to:

Step Five:
Call Volunteer Services at 936-437-3026 To confirm application has been received. Once approved you will receive a confirmation through email.
Step Six:
Congrats! You have been approved. Now notify your team lead once you have been approved.
Step Seven
Schedule your first visit to the prisons with the team.
