Our Vision

Training A Generation is a youth development and career readiness initiative under We Are One Kingdom Ministries. We train, equip, and launch the youth, young adults, military veterans, and returning citizens into careers that changes their lives and impact their communities. We offer support spiritually, professionally, and personally through mentorship, life skills, leadership training, and faith-based guidance. We believe every person is born with purpose and our mission is to help them discover it.

• Identity & Purpose- helping students understand who they are and why they matter. 
• Professional Readiness-Resume writing, interview skills, workplace communication, and etiquette.
• Life Skills-Financial literacy, time management, emotional health, and conflict resolution. 
• Leadership & Integrity-Training our youth to lead with character, influence, and accountability. 
• Faith & Values-Biblical truths that inspire hope, discipline, and purpose-driven living.

We introduce students to high-demand career opportunities in the trucking, logistics industry and more:

• CDL Pathway: We connect aspiring drivers with CDL Training, schools, funding resources, and mentorship.
• Recruiting & Operations: Students interested in admin, recruiting, or logistics roles can explore corporate pathways through shadowing and training partnerships.
